USS Canberra captain's log, stardate 49322.3527. We have just set sail towards Cardassian Neutral Zone, 62 light years away. I do not expect any trouble, but we'll keep watch anyway. Keeping at Warp 9, we should be there in 2 standard Earth days, 19 hours and 45 minutes. I do not expect any excitements, but we shall keep our watch.

Once there, we will start our patrol.

We have arrived at Cardassian DMZ and have been patrolling it for around 5 hours now. Nothing interesting so far.

Past year has been trying time. I hope that this new one will be less exciting, but I doubt that my hopes will be fulfilled - it seems that things are going to become worse sooner than better.
