This is map we will use for roleplaying, simply so that we can keep it consistent:

Galaxy class can pull a sustained speed of 9 000 c, and Intrepid class can achieve maximum burst speed of 21 000 c. While numbers in canon vary wildly, this will allow us to keep it consistent easier. However, as I said, speeds can vary wildly, so we can, but don't have to keep it consistent in regards to achievable speeds.

Galaxy class' 9000 c corresponds to warp 9,2, and is in empty space; Warp 1 is speed of light, while warp 9,9 is 21 472,775 c.

Going by my hand-made chart, I got following values:
Warp 1 - 1 c
Warp 2 - 300 c
Warp 3 - 900 c
Warp 4 - 1 500 c
Warp 5 - 2 200 c
Warp 6 - 2 900 c
Warp 7 - 4 250 c
Warp 8 - 5 500 c
Warp 9 - 8 000 c

Warp 9,2 - 9 000 c
Warp 9,8 - 18 000 c
Warp 9,9 - 21 500 c

However, due to existence and changing nature of warp highways (regions of space with "warp factor modifiers") actual speed for any given warp factor can be far higher - or lower.
